1 it can refer to a gift that you give as a bribe to someone so they will allow you to do something or 2 it can refer to the gifts that god has placed in you that when fully developed will cause others to notice you and to allow you to use your gift.

Do what you were born to do because that is where you will make your money.
Gifts are given to accommodate you in fulfilling god s predestined plan and purpose for your life.
No matter how big the world is there s a place for you in it when you discover and manifest your gift.
It will make a way for you in life.
